Yemen – Help in times of need
The world’s largest humanitarian crisis.
8.7 million people lack access to clean water.
16.2 million people suffer from acute hunger.
Yemen is one of the poorest countries in the Arab world and has been almost completely destroyed by civil war. The situation in Yemen is catastrophic and, according to UN reports, currently the world’s largest humanitarian crisis. The plight of the population is immeasurable.
16.2 million people are suffering from acute hunger. They do not know where to get their next meal or clean drinking water. With the Covid-19 outbreak in early 2020, yet another tragedy struck the population.
